I am developing and writing curriculum for a new Creative Writing program at my school. Students will be using technology as well as compiling a hard copy portfolio containing original stories, poetry, drama, song lyrics, and group initiated novels. They will have the opportunity to publish their work as well. They will also participate in daily journal writing and brainstorming. My only issue is getting the binders, journals, pens, and a printer necessary to be successful. C. C. School District and our student population have very limited resources. My students have so much to say! Help them have their voices heard!
