There are three speech pathologists working in one classroom. While, the room that we are provided is big enough for all three of us, the students are very distracted by each other. Our students are faced with speech and language disorders which already impact their receptive language and attention skills. So once they are placed in the room with all of these distractions, they are unable to focus therefore, making our therapy less effective. With dividers, we will be able to separate our room, block out some sound, and limit distractions. As a result, our students will be more successful with reaching their goals.
