My students are a fun bunch of Kindergateners. They come from a city school so they do not have some of the same great opportunities that the suburban school have. They are hard working and do apply themselves the best they can. They enjoy school and want to be there. I want my kiddos to feel that wonderful sense of accomplishment and pride that reading brings. Just watching their faces light up when they can read a word gives me goose bumps and it makes them feel so good. Watching them grow is my favorite part of teaching!
