Moving is essential, this we all know. However, the reality is that many of my students don't get the necessary physical activity they require to be as healthy as they can be. The Fitter Sitter & Sitting Stepper in our classroom will allow my children to get that physical activity they normally wouldn't get while learning at the same time. It's a Win, Win situation!! The Fitter Sitter & Sitting Stepper are simple products with vast benefits for my regular students as well as those with ADHD who tend to struggle with self-management and focus. Having these products available in my classroom will enable a sense of renewed focus for those students who need it the most!
