Band comes to life first through the student musicians and second through diverse sheet music. I would like to purchase new Standard of Excellence method books for our students. This will offer our students a wide variety of diverse music from Medieval Times up to current music literature. Band can be an expensive endeavor from the instrument and supplies to the method book. Our band method book is the central curriculum tool that we use in middle school band classes. My hope is that with these book purchases we can make band more accessible and affordable for our band families.
