In our second school season (last spring), my girls' soccer team finished as Finalists! Many of the girls recognized that they were getting beat by faster and more agile opponents. As a newer middle school (this year will be our third), we have limited training equipment. The girls would be able to use the Agility Poles, Agility Ladder, and the Agility Hurdles for various drills designed to develop their agility on the field and increase their sprinting speeds. The girls would also be able to use the Speed Sled and the Battle Ropes to increase their leg strength for power during their take-off on the run and strengthen their shoulders and upper body to help them not get pushed off of the ball while they are running. This equipment will go a long way to give my team a better chance this year to become Champions through speed and fitness conditioning and endurance training. We are a Title 1 school and limited on what we can purchase, but these Ladies deserve the best, and adding this equipment to our training program would be AMAZING!!!
