Our classroom had a major leak and the water ruined many of our inside recess materials. Living in Florida, we experience a great deal of rainy days which makes outside recess difficult. Building puzzles and Legos allow my students to have fun but also lets them do constructive things both figuratively and literally. Both floor puzzles and puzzles that require solving, not only are fun to d but also exercise the mind. When students use Lego blocks to build, they are using their creativity and building something they can be proud of. These materials will allow my students to have fun while exercising their creative minds.
