Our neighborhood is on the west side of our city. It is not poor, but the families in this area do struggle, especially in this economy. Most of my students do not have home technology, so they go to a relatives if they want access to it. The only time they have full access is at school, but we are limited here, also. Most of the students are English Language Learners, so having something that allowed them to practice language would be very beneficial. We are trying to move toward the future and letting our parents know how important technology is.
