The items listed in this project will give my students the supplies they need for the project based learning that takes place in my English classroom. I encourage students to be creative and really get involved in a hands on way when we are reading new texts and working on our writing. Many of my students are not able to purchase creative supplies on their own, so it takes some of their worry away when they have the supplies they need available to them. The light shades will help to make my classroom environment a more comfortable space for the students to learn, and the organizer cart will help create a space for my students to go to when they need supplies! The laptop cart will allow me to move around the classroom and interact with the students even when I am reading to them, or projecting on the board. It will allow me to have a closer proximity to my students and not be tied to my desk computer when using our online curriculum.
