I have been teaching for 19 years. I teach 3rd grade inclusion. I have taken students on over 150 field trips during my career in the Boston Public Schools. I believe that students learn in and out of the classroom. When planned right, a trip outside of the classroom can be an everlasting learning experience for a student.
