Help to give each of my students access to a painting supply kit. My students will create two keepsake paintings to culminate their journey through art as an inspiration for their brighter future. Students will dive into research to envision their biggest dreams while learning the new techniques, materials, and processes with painting and setting big picture career goals. These capstone art projects will inspire them to “Dream Big, Bigger and Biggest” in paintings to remind them of their future goals and the importance of goal setting. Through the fun of learning how to paint, creativity, and amazing perseverance my students are transforming their lives, exploring their voices, and discovering their potential. In our exploration and adventure through their original art creations and cultural diversity, they are overcoming challenges with strategies that strengthen their growth mindset. These resilient learners are reimagining their stories, expanding their visions, and transforming their futures for families, community, and the world. These inspiring students are collectively expressing their strong voices, embracing their self-worth, and strengthening mindsets with art, grit, and Aloha. As a result, students and families will have these amazing paintings as centerpieces to hang in their homes or rooms as a daily reminder of their goals and dreams. With your donation, we can help deliver access to immediate art supplies to each student/family to properly impact their artistic skills and creative expressions for future goals. Mahalo nui!
