Kindergarten is one of the most exciting milestones in a child's life! Every year, each new student that walks through my classroom door, enters into a world of colors, friends, and new school supplies! Even though my students will begin school virtually, through distance learning, I still wanted to make sure they got excited and inspired with new school supplies! My plan is to fill each "See-Inside Storage Pouch" with the other materials listed in this project: pencils, scissors, paper, and a writing journal. In addition to the supplies, I included the "Peel and Stick Moody Monsters," so I can help my students navigate feelings by recognizing emotions. Social Emotional Learning is essential, especially now as students and parents are learning how to live and learn during this pandemic.
