Our school has been identified as a low-socio economic school. More than 90% percent of our students are on a free or reduced lunch program. Our school is located in an area that could be considered to be in need of repair. Parent involvement at our school is minimal because the majority of our parents work more than one job and find it difficult to become actively involved with the school. Due to recent budget cuts, our teachers have had to seek their own sources of funding for special materials and activities.
