Writing is hard work, but well worth the effort when students see their masterpiece in colorful print! With this color printer, all our published pieces will be printed in color. We will become authors! We publish and showcase our pieces the entire school year! Imagine the smile on the reluctant writer's face when their hard work is displayed in bold, colorful print! A proud moment that will encourage more writing and creativity. A moment that will create an author and inspire a reader! We write poetry based on famous art work we explore. The printer will be used to print our poems and images of the art the writing is based on. We research people and landmarks important to the history of Massachusetts. We will print our biographies and portraits of the people we research. We create brochures describing our chosen landmarks. We will publish these using our color printer. We then make exhibits to replicate our landmarks. It is much more fun and realistic to see this all in color.
