I need additional, reliable tables in my classroom so students will be able to collaborate, discuss, and debate together while completing language arts activities, in addition to increasing conversational skills. In order for a successful future, students must become good speakers and listeners. Learning to converse with and listen to one another is a powerful tool that students must practice in the age of cell phones. Having comfortable tables and chairs will help my students work together more regularly, so they will be ready to interact with one another. The best teaching practices in Language Arts have students working together on a daily basis. I would like to prepare my students to be successful citizens in this world, and these tables would help me achieve this goal!
