We need headphones for our student computers. This is the first year my students have ever had access to Chromebooks in the classroom. It has been exciting for them and for their teacher. It has opened many new avenues for learning. I have English language learners who need to be able to access programs with sound. We have interactive programs which help teach reading. My students have access now to so many resources in our classroom through the internet. But they need to be able to hear what is being presented through these many avenues. I only have flimsy dollar store headphones in my classroom. They break often and offer poor sound quality. We desperately need decent headphones to match the amazing quality of the Chromebooks and the information they provide!
