My students live in a rural town in Alabama. I work at a Title 1 school with limited resources. I only received $300 this year to get supplies for my class. I spent majority of my money on ink because we are not allowed to make copies for our class. The rest I spent on paper, pencil, and a great sharpener! Towards the end of the year I still spent my own money to buy paper because we were completely out. My class loved to write and share with the class. We used a lot of paper writing and drafting our on stories.
