The students will be using the all of this equiptment daily. 1. Before school when I open the classroom doors 2.during classes throughout the course of the day 3. after school while I run classes for teacher and students. Every single Band,weight, and bars are extremely valuable to the students and our program. Weights and bars and bands are expensive and we are only given a $200 budget each year, so buying this for 30 plus kids in a class is very hard. Due to the limited budget for the physical education/fitness growth. but with your help our students in the Lancer CrossFit program will continue to grow physically, mentally and emotionally as amazing young men and women of this generation. with your help the program can continue to grow and more students grades 9-12 can experience CrossFit for the first time. Together we can develop these students into strong confident men and women.
