All materials on our wish-list will make a huge impact in our classroom. My students will appreciate the stools that we could set up in 2 groups of 5 along the board, and in front of the Promethean Board. We work in small groups a lot, as collaboration is an important life skill to acquire and practice. Students would also be able to use the stools during free time, and for inside games on rainy-day recesses. There are endless uses for such colorful stools in our classroom! Since the stools are easily moved they can also be pulled up to add to an existing group of desks quickly if an assignment calls for additional group members. The other highly appreciated item on our wish-list are the quality dry-erase boards which double as clipboards (great space saver!), erasers and markers which would finally hold up to multiple usage throughout the day. My kids love to use dry-erase boards! It's easy and convenient, and saves materials such as paper. And finally, all aspiring geniuses need afternoon snacks on occasion to help them stay focused :)
