These fourth graders keep many academic reference materials, as well as their learning goals and scales in their 3-ring binders. As much as we are enjoying our increasingly toned biceps, an electric 3-hole punch would simplify our classroom lives tremendously! Our 3-ring binders function as our classroom smartphones. We save and organize many materials in this binder throughout the academic year. The students record their progress on multiple college and career ready standards to track their growth. They keep English Language Arts and mathematics glossaries behind designated tabs and add to these throughout the school year. They keep work-in-progress behind subject-designated tabs, as well. An electric 3-hole punch will not only simplify the process of preparing materials for our binders, it would also expedite things!
