The dance studio needs places for the students to sit and take off their shoes. It is important for the students to feel like they are at home so they can step out of their comfort zone and express themselves. They need Therabands and foam rollers to assist in stretching their muscles. The dance floor is slippery at times and needs rosin to help sticky up the floor. Being able to feel grounded and not worry about slipping helps a dancer explore bigger movement. Because the stage is a shared space, the teacher needs a few portable filing cabinets the can be secured.
