My third graders are a super energetic and sweet bunch, who attend a Title 1 school in a major city. My 20 students are all students of color, and include 9 English Learners, 7 special ed students, and many who have experienced childhood trauma. They have a lot of needs, but they love to learn and are growing in leaps and bounds.
