This dry-erase table top will enhance my hands-on instruction! The wobble seats will increase focus on their task at hand. My goal is to reach each individual need through one-on-one, as well as small group instruction. This table top will allow students to take lead in their educational experience. With each instructional incentive presented, this table top and wobble seats will be utilized to their fullest potential! The dry erase table top will allow students to reach success across the curriculum, including, but not limited to Math, English Language Arts, Science and Social studies alike. Through the workshop model, Reading and Writing require small group instruction. The dry-erase table will allow my students to answer posed comprehension questions in an engaging way. It will also allow my students to better understand their word study work. I will be able to model word sorts and allow the students to work successfully in pairs to complete their “word work”. In Math, the common core state standards give several strategies to approach difficult problems. The dry-erase table will aid in modeling along with checking work on those who are struggling. My limited English students will benefit through hands-on learning! Several students come to me with little-to-no understanding of the English language. I will be able to work one on one with these specified students to aid in getting these students on target in all areas. The wobble chairs keep my students focused and prepared to learn! By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I am more than excited to present these to my kids!!
