Everything I do in my classroom, is based on the California Standards and International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle School Criteria/Objectives which instills a life long focus on living a balanced and healthy life style.. Giving students the ability to have both indoor and outdoor equipment will allow students to realize that their are many options for them to stay healthy. In my classroom, I like to incorporate many different types of workouts geared towards showing students that fitness isn't a one size fits all, but that through healthy goal setting everyone can be successful. I am requesting an assortment of physical fitness equipment which will allow 6th-7th (next year 8th graders) stay physically fit.
