My students would love to "pull up a seat" on a new carpet. My students will use this new space to enjoy sharing with each other at morning meeting and listening to interactive read aloud. This space will allow my students to sit comfortably so they can focus on the lesson and read aloud. We will also use the carpet when we work on small group station work and for whole group exercises on the smart board. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
