My students come from all economic levels and all backgrounds with computers. There are five different nationalities represented in my classes, which is impressive for a STEAM class. I also have 16 girls participating in CS this year, which is up from 6 last year. All of my students show an interest in learning more about computers, but some do not have access to much technology at home. Our school tries hard to offer students opportunities that they would not have if they were not part of our school.
