Sixth grade is a year full of transitions physically, emotionally, and academical. My 6th graders are a bundle of contradictions. One second they cannot live without you and the next they can push you away. It is a year where classroom engagement can disappear. My 6th graders are in Middle School which brings about many new challenges in itself. They come from a multitude of backgrounds, ethnicity and needs. In any given class I will have between 25 - 38 students totaling 110 on my overall roster. The one thing all of these kiddos have in common, they are amazing in every way!
