My students will able to use Lego bricks to solve math problems, practice fine motor skills, and develop their language skills and creativity. My students are fascinated with Lego creations and motivates them to learn. They can read instructions to build animals, cars, houses and other things they can describe and write about. They can also role play with Lego figures to develop social skills while they collaborate with classmates in writing to tell a story. They can count different aspects, such as bricks and students, to add, subtract, multiply, divide and even make fractions. They can describe colors, shapes and sizes.
