My students are full of energy and life! They are the most curious, enthusiastic, motivated and resilient learners! My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Our school is located in a low socioeconomic area, but that doesn't stop them from wanting the best and striving for the best in education for themselves. My students are faced with daily challenges. We are a Title I funded school where at least 93% of students qualified for either free or reduced lunch. For some students this is the only meal they will have all day. Despite the many challenges they face daily in their environment, I am looking to provide all of my students with a meaningful learning experience in and outside of school.
