Welcome! Thank you for helping my inner city 1st graders who come to school with many challenges in their lives. They come to school ready to learn. We have a lot of catching up to do as they are typically 2 grades behind- (preschool level) when I get them in August. With your help, the supplies and materials will assist them in their learning. They come to school with no supplies: no pencils, no crayons, no backpacks. I have to purchase all of the classroom supplies myself. The school provides 1 ream of paper to make copies for them per month. With 30 students, this lasts me 2-3 days. I have to provide the paper myself. I need help making the classroom environment a place where my students can learn in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Where all are loved :)
