I have the pleasure of teaching a great group of 3rd grade students. With the many disadvantages of growing up in a low socioeconomic area of Colorado, my students come to class and try their best every day. They are a wonderful group of students with a wide range of ability and are excited to learn when they step into our classroom. We are a Bilingual classroom school with a large English Language Learner population. My students work very hard to do their best with what they have at home and what we have at school and working with their smiling faces only makes me want to make sure they are provided with the materials they need and deserve.
