The students in my class have been using supplies faster than anticipated this year, so some of the supplies asked for will help to replenish what has been used thus far. Hands-on projects have kept the students extremely engaged and eager to learn each week, while also holding their interest. With the iPad, students will be able to demonstrate their understanding of concepts taught through various arts integration strategies, such as readers theater, tableaus, commercials and grouping games, etc. I will also be able to add these student clips to my end of year portfolio. Students will be able to continue working through arts integrated strategies with the donations, which will continue to improve and increase the students' attention and engagement. Since my students were virtual for so long, using technology interests them as they have become more tech-oriented at such a young age. With the donations, students will be able to show further academic achievement.
