Staying fit can keep you physically fit, but exercise also develops your mental and spiritual health. During the coronavirus pandemic, it’s imperative for students to be able to adapt their fitness routine. With social distancing, exercise helps improve your sleep, mental health, and cognitive function. The materials that I have requested can make it easier to adapt to working out at home. At-home exercises don’t always require any special equipment, making them perfect during a COVID-19 quarantine. The students may invest in a set of light dumbbells of their own but can interchange with household items if they need to.
