My students want to compete and advance within the sport of tennis. Tennis is a sport that requires equipment that is costly and most students do not have the funds to buy their own racquets and equipment in order to compete at a higher level. Additionally, the district has had a reduced budget within the last couple of years which creates a challenging task to keep up with up to date much needed equipment. The tennis culture within the school is increasing each year and making a positive impact on all students who come from various backgrounds and learning abilities. The sport of tennis is a lifetime sport and I am happy to introduce them with a sport that can be part of their lives long after high school. Help me give my students the best opportunity to succeed and compete with the equipment they need to maximize their skills and increase they level of play.
