My preschool classroom is a busy environment throughout the day with students engaged in a variety of learning play centers all at once. This can be overwhelming for many of my sensory-sensitive students who need continuous support with regulating their bodies and emotions. The cozy cube would offer a safe and quiet space for my students when they need a break from the busy classroom. In the cozy cube they will be able to explore a book independently, snuggle with a stuffed animal when they are missing their loved ones, or use a sensory tool to calm their mind and body in an appropriate way.
