The resources listed will help my students because, as of right now my culinary lab is not where it needs to be, as we are still needing more equipment. The program originally was a FACS class and now, is a culinary class. With this equipment, my students will be able to process food in a more efficient manner. They will be learning to measure with full sets of measuring cups as well as make sure that they are able to make sure that they are keeping their stations clean with new towels.

About my class
