Our school serves students in grades 9-12 and provides rigorous academics, engaging elective classes that promote career and college readiness, and a safe learning environment. I teach the Culinary Program, with 160 students enrolled in my hands-on cooking program. We partner with the elementary and middle school in special events several times a year to mentor younger students, let younger students explore career pathway elective courses, and support our youngest, most vulnerable students. Over ninety percent of our district's students live at or below the poverty line.
