Hi! I'm a 3rd grade Special Educator at KIPP Harmony Academy, a college preparatory charter and Title 1 School in Baltimore City. I co-teach in my students' general education classroom to provide supports to allow them to not only access, but master, grade level curriculum in math and reading with appropriate accommodations and supplementary aids. I also provide strategic pull-out services to support my students in making instructional progress on their IEP goals. Additionally, I serve as the Director of the Student Excellence Team which supports teachers in providing academic and behavioral interventions to our struggling learners to ensure that we as a school fulfill our equity promise that ALL of our students will be able to attend a college of their choosing after graduation.
