I teach 3rd grade in a Spanish Dual Immersion program at a high-poverty school in Vancouver, WA that serves many students of color and multilingual learners. I love watching my brilliant bilingual students learn and grow every year, and consistently blow me away with their strength and tenacity. My students deserve every opportunity in the world and I wish I could provide them with all, but unfortunately I cannot. Thanks to the generosity of donors, I can continue working to do a little bit more to change the inequities that face our students in education. Thank you for your support!
