The strategy books by Jennifer Serravallo will allow me to pick out the right strategies to use with my students. Each group is working on a different goal in reading and writing. These books align with our curriculum and are great resources to building better lessons tailored to each individual student's needs. Writing is a big portion of the reading intervention that I do with my students each day. The white boards and markers will be used for the writing intervention. The picture cards are used in my intervention with students who are struggling with beginning and ending sounds. Picture sorts are done with these cards.
