At our school, I am the School technology Coordinator. I teach our students that tech is far more than screen time—it is a launchpad for curiosity, problem-solving, and future opportunity. I work tirelessly to ensure our students do not just consume digital tools, but actively design and create with them. In a Title 1 school community, where access to cutting-edge technology can be limited outside the classroom, I try to design high-impact, school-wide projects—such as interactive maker spaces, cross-grade coding challenges, and hands-on robotics labs—that reach every single student in our building. Rather than limiting resources to a single classroom, these school-wide initiatives elevate learning across all grade levels, giving every child equitable access to 21st-century skills.
