My middle school students come to class with lots of energy and eager to have a blast. We set goals and record our personal physical fitness data in our individual portfolios. Through tracking their growth and creating personal physical fitness plans, our students are learning how to get fit and stay fit for their lifetimes. We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a Title I middle school and are very diverse, serving large populations of Latino, African-American, and Asian students.
