These materials will offer my students an opportunity to work hands-on to carve pop art images. They have not carved before, so having the right materials and easy-to-use tools is of utmost import. Without the help of others like you, this project would not be a part of our classroom experience. Students will explore the genre of pop art and artists like Andy Warhol and Yayoi Kusama. They will create their own pop art and then learn the methods used to convert a 2D image into a carving for printing.
