We are a kindergarten through 8th grade school in a high poverty area. Every student in our school receives free lunch and represents a very diverse population. Our school is a special services focus school that addresses student challenges across the spectrum from the lowest to the highest in terms of academics and disabilities. That being said, this is the nicest student population that I have ever seen in my 16 year career. Students come from a very pure place at our school and show genuine care for one another, their teachers and community as well.

About my class
