I teach a diverse population of students in grades 3 through 5. My students attend a Special Act School District serving children with disabilities. Many have experienced traumatic events and deal with the stress of foster care or uncertain housing. Students from throughout New York State, including the five boroughs of NYC, attend our school program for the academic and social-emotional support services we provide. My students are bright, creative, and inquisitive! They inspire me to provide the best learning experiences possible. This includes creating a space where students are seen, valued, cared for, and respected. Please help us make our classroom environment even more conducive to learning!
