I am a 20 year veteran teacher that strives to provide a classroom environment that is full of love for each other and love for learning. We are a family in our class. My students are from a high poverty rural location. My students mostly live with single parents, living with grandparents, or some other guardian. They are in desperate need for continuity, updated technology, and basic classroom supplies. Our students strive to do their personal best and has shown success in recent years. Our school is a PBIS school where teachers implement positive behavioral interventions and strategies to improve academic and behavioral outcomes.
