My incredible, loving, adaptable, grateful, and energetic students have proven to be all of the above throughout this 2021-2022 school year, while navigating what it's like to be in a classroom after distance learning of 2019-2021. These incredible humans are members of our disadvantaged student body; blessed to receive meals from our school's free and reduced lunch program. Our 4th/5th combination class is located in a Title 1 school, in the heart of the East Bay of the Bay Area of California. Having these children in my class is a tremendous gift and as they bring their best selves to our family-oriented class, ready for their daily routine, while supporting one another and ready to learn, these children deserve the best that education and donor generosity can offer!
