At Exploration, we encourage our students to be creative problem solvers! As a new and growing school with a focus on science and technology, there is so much to explore with our students. We serve 160 kindergarten and 1st graders primarily from the northwest neighborhoods of Rochester. Every student at our school qualifies for free lunch, some are taking care of younger siblings at home, and many struggle with social and academic skills. In the art room, I love connecting what students are learning in their classrooms with what we create- from science experiments to writing stories. It is so exciting to see their imaginations at work everyday!
