These AP review books will be used by each student to achieve our goals in class. They will be able to use them from the home to the classroom to develop the skills and content knowledge to be successful in a college-level class. Many students at my school come from socio-economic situations where there is not any extra money to spend on materials for classes. Over the years, I have found that those students who have access to a book like this are more successful in reviewing, practicing, and earning college credit in the high school. I want my students to believe in themselves and know that they are capable of doing hard things. These resources will help them in more ways than one might realize. By utilizing these books, students will create a resource that encompasses the entire year of learning. In the book, they will practice annotation, analysis, synthesis, contextualization, thesis writing, note-taking, and essays. They will use them to work together with others, all having the same source material that they can write in, to build each other up, help their classmates, and be successful in earning college credit!
