I work in a Title 1 school, and my students are all English learners. They come from different backgrounds and their families came to this country in order for them to receive better education and the opportunity to reach their dreams. As they adapting to American culture, many students are having a difficult time adjusting to the mainstream classroom. Moreover, their families and communities are not able to help with English homework or reading.

About my class
